Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Food Systems Transformation

This seminar aims to provide an insight into the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in food systems transformation with a focus on the primary production and processing parts of the food supply chain. Discussions will cover the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship, the future role of alternative proteins in the emerging bioeconomy, new business models and the digitalisation of the agri-food sector.
This seminar is open to anyone involved in the primary production and processing parts of the food supply chain for example start-ups or food processors, as well as other professionals and students from the agri-food sector.
This workshop is organised within the EIT Food financed GrowWorkshop project and in collaboration with Lund University BIOECONOMY Graduate Research School , Swedish Agricultural University, SLU, Bjuv Food Valley, och Krinova Incubator and Science Park.
