Documentary screening Break Free From Plastic (BFFP)
Welcome to a screening of the documentary The Plastic Story!
We will meet at Smålands Nation, after the dinner provided by Folkets Kök and provide a small fika during the screening. After the film we will have a podium discussion and mingle to discuss and exchange ideas and opinions.
Hey environmentalists and planet lovers!
The global movement Break Free From Plastic (known as BFFP) is an initiative working on networking, educating and increasing the discussion around plastic production, consumption and the detrimental harms the material has on our planet. Do you want to learn more about this topic or do you want to express your frustrations and/or solution-oriented ideas in regards to this? Then join us (Food Saving Lund and Folkets Kök) at Smållands Nation during the Lund University Sustainability Week!
On Thursday the 20th of April at 19.00 pm we will screen the documentary The Plastic Story (from BFFP) followed by a discussion. You are welcome to join the Folkets Kök dinner (vegan, free of charge/donation based) beforehand, which begins as usual at 18.00 pm. Fika (beverages, popcorn, cookies, rescued bread from FSL) will be provided during the screening! We are looking forward to learn, engage and support the sustainable approaches to a plastic free planet and to meeting you!
The event is free of charge (no membership or student card needed to access the nation) and is part of Lund Sustainability week. We look forward to seeing you!
